Akinwumi Obasola
DIRECTOR
Akinwumi Obasola – MNIPSM, M.Sc. Project Management, B.Tech (Hons) Applied Geophysics (FUTA) – Started his professional career as a Trainee Seismologist at United Geophysical Nigeria Limited and Trainee Explorationist at Chevron Texaco Nigeria Limited in 1994. He later worked with Petrol-geo Services limited (an Oil Services Company) as Manager, Geophysics. He also worked as the Contract / Procurement Manager at Jid Construction Co. Limited, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
In 2004, he joined the service of POBEK Technical Services Limited (Telecoms Infrastructures Building Company) in Port Harcourt as Projects Coordinator and later became the Projects director/CEO of Kalibon Investments Limited three years later.
He has been directly involved as Project and Business Manager in several Federal Government awarded projects like the dredging and channelization of Ureje Dam / River in Ado Ekiti, Nigeria; the Pepple, Agunwa and Akpus Roads Gully Erosion Project in Aba, Abia State, etc. In addition, he has handled projects for major telecommunication companies in Nigeria, like MTN, Zain (now Airtel), etc.
